Key information about the travel offer (including essential characteristics and pricing conditions) is provided in a way intended to help consumers select a service consciously, as required for distance selling.

Where applicable to eligible distance contracts, consumers must also be informed about the right to unilaterally terminate within the statutory period (commonly 14 days, subject to exceptions), as required by Ukrainian law.
